REFUNDABLE PROGRAMS

The 7-DAY TRIAL PERIOD OR a CANCELATION REFUND is applicable to the following PROGRAM PLAN ONLY:

Fundamentals and Advanced – Tier 1 & Tier 2
Special Needs Clients – Tier 3
Premier – Tier 4 (Subscription plan)

A Program or subscription as noted above may be cancelled with a full refund of payments made, providing the following 2 criteria are met:

The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase of program or subscription purchase.
The refund request must be made in writing and emailed to support@esteemlingeriegroup.ca. which provides an official time and date stamp.

All Certification Payments for Tier 1, 2 & 3 are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Participant access to Tier 1 - Fundamentals - Tier 2 Advanced & Tier 3 – Special Needs Clients are all time limited.
Program purchased allows full access to program for 24 months from purchase date.

(Note: additional access time may be provided as Incentives or Bonuses).

Purchase of Business Development courses are non-refundable.

24/7 access availability for single purchase courses.
Access to online courses is by participant log-in credentials.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR PROGRAMS & COURSES
Tier 1-2 (Fundamentals/Advanced):

You have the option to pay in full at the time of purchase or choose a payment plan.
The payment plan consists of 6 monthly instalments, starting from the date of purchase.
First payment for instalment purchases is charged at the initial enrollment date. At the end of purchase access time, access can only be re-activated with an additional plan purchase.
When opting for the monthly instalment plan, the monthly payments will continue until the course plan fee is paid in full. Cancellation is only available within 7 days of initial purchase regardless of payment plan chosen.

Tier 3 (Special Needs - Specialty Post Surgical):

You have the option to pay in full at the time of purchase or choose a payment plan.
The payment plan consists of 4 monthly instalments, starting from the date of purchase.
First payment for instalment purchases is charged at the initial enrollment date. At the end of purchase access time, access can only be re-activated with an additional plan purchase.
When opting for the monthly instalment plan, the monthly payments will continue until the course plan fee is paid in full. Cancellation is only available within 7 days of initial purchase regardless of payment plan chosen.

Academy Tier 4 Premium subscription:

The Academy Tier 4 Premium subscription is an annual payment that can be paid in full or over twelve (9) equal payments charged monthly. The subscription is renewed automatically annually unless it is cancelled prior to the renewal date by the purchasing person or company. Premier Subscribers will receive notice of renewal charge 14 days prior to the renewal date. If the subscriber wishes to cancel, remove the payment information through subscriber member profile. If the subscription is automatically renewed, you have 7 days from the renewal date to request the cancellation and refund. The refund request must be made in writing and emailed to support@esteemlingeriegroup.ca which provides an official and date stamp. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the subscriber by email and all payment information will be deleted. If the person or business cancels during the subscription year (after the initial 7 days from purchase date) and is on the monthly payment program, the monthly payments will continue until the entire annual fee is paid in full. Conversely, a program that is cancelled midterm will continue to be accessible including all the program benefits until the full year of the payment term has been completed. Failure to pay the entire annual fee (including missed monthly payment), will result in the person or business future restriction from current and future access into the Academy until the outstanding debt has been fully paid.
