7-day trial period: Once purchased, a program can be cancelled with a full refund provided that the following 3 criteria have been met:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase.

• No homework has been marked and no certifications have been issued.

• The refund request must be made in writing and emailed to support@esteemlingeriegroup.ca  so it is officially time and date stamped.

By purchasing a subscription in the Esteem Bra Fitting Business Academy (referred to as the Academy hereafter), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. The Academy subscription, regardless of the level, is an Annual payment that can be paid lump sum or over twelve (12) equal payments.  The subscription is renewed annually automatically unless it is cancelled by the person or company who has purchased the programs prior to the renewal date. Subscribers will receive notice of renewal 14 days prior to the renewal. If the subscriber wishes to cancel, remove your payment information through your member profile. If the subscription does automatically renew you have 7 days from the renewal date to request the cancellation and refund.   The refund request must be made in writing and emailed to support@esteemlingeriegroup.ca  so it is officially time and date stamped. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the subscriber by email and all payment information will be deleted.  If the person or business cancels during the subscription year and are on the monthly payment program the monthly payments will continue until the entire annual fee is paid in full, conversely a program that is cancelled mid term will still be accessible and offer all the program benefits including certification privileges until the full year of the payment term has been completed.Failure to pay the entire annual fee (including missed monthly payment), will result in the person or business being restricted from current and future access into the Academy until the outstanding debt has been fully paid.
